Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all tenants and visitors of Kashem Villa, located near The Rose Dresses Ltd., Jamgora, Ashulia, Savar, Dhaka. By renting a room or staying at Kashem Villa, you agree to follow the rules below.

1. Booking & Rent Payment

• Rent must be paid on time as agreed with the owner.
• Advance payment may be required before moving in.
• Rent amount may vary based on room size and facilities.

2. Security Deposit

• A security deposit may be required.
• The deposit will be refunded at the time of leaving, subject to no damage or unpaid bills.

3. Use of Property

• Rooms must be used only for residential purposes.
• Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
• Tenants must keep rooms and common areas clean.

4. Noise & Behavior

• Loud music, noise, or disturbance is not allowed.
• Tenants must respect neighbors and other residents.

5. Visitors

• Visitors are allowed for a short time only.
• Overnight guests are not allowed without permission.

6. Utilities & Facilities

• Water and electricity usage should be reasonable.
• Misuse of utilities may result in extra charges.

7. Damage & Responsibility

• Any damage to property must be reported immediately.
• Tenants are responsible for damages caused by them.

8. Termination of Stay

• Either party may end the rental agreement with prior notice.
• Violation of rules may result in immediate termination.

শর্তাবলী

এই শর্তাবলী কাসেম ভিলা-তে বসবাসকারী সকল ভাড়াটিয়ার জন্য প্রযোজ্য। অবস্থান: রোজ ড্রেসেস লিমিটেডের নিকটবর্তী, জামগড়া, আশুলিয়া, সাভার, ঢাকা।

১. বুকিং ও ভাড়া পরিশোধ

• নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে ভাড়া পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
• প্রবেশের আগে অগ্রিম ভাড়া দিতে হতে পারে।
• রুমের আকার ও সুবিধা অনুযায়ী ভাড়া পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

২. জামানত

• প্রবেশের সময় জামানত নেওয়া হতে পারে।
• কোনো ক্ষতি বা বকেয়া না থাকলে জামানত ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।

৩. বাসস্থানের ব্যবহার

• রুম শুধুমাত্র থাকার উদ্দেশ্যে ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
• অবৈধ কার্যকলাপ সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
• পরিচ্ছন্নতা বজায় রাখা বাধ্যতামূলক।

৪. শব্দ ও আচরণ

• উচ্চ শব্দ বা বিরক্তিকর আচরণ করা যাবে না।
• অন্যান্য ভাড়াটিয়ার প্রতি সম্মান প্রদর্শন করতে হবে।

৫. অতিথি

• স্বল্প সময়ের জন্য অতিথি আসতে পারবেন।
• মালিকের অনুমতি ছাড়া রাতযাপন করা যাবে না।

৬. পানি ও বিদ্যুৎ

• পানি ও বিদ্যুৎ সাশ্রয়ীভাবে ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
• অপব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।

৭. ক্ষয়ক্ষতি

• কোনো ক্ষতি হলে সাথে সাথে জানাতে হবে।
• ক্ষতির দায় ভাড়াটিয়ার উপর বর্তাবে।

৮. ভাড়া বাতিল

• পূর্ব নোটিশ দিয়ে ভাড়া বাতিল করা যাবে।
• নিয়ম ভঙ্গ করলে তাৎক্ষণিক বাতিল হতে পারে।
