To ensure a safe, peaceful, and comfortable living environment, all residents of Kashem Villa are requested to follow the house rules listed below.

1. Cleanliness

• Keep your room and common areas clean.
• Dispose of garbage in designated areas only.

2. Noise & Peace

• Maintain a quiet environment, especially at night.
• Loud music or disturbance is strictly prohibited.

3. Safety & Security

• Always lock your room when leaving.
• Do not allow unknown persons inside the premises.

4. Visitors

• Visitors are allowed for a short time only.
• Overnight guests are not allowed without owner’s permission.

5. Water & Electricity

• Use water and electricity responsibly.
• Wastage may result in extra charges.

6. Cooking

• Cooking is allowed only in designated kitchen areas.
• Keep the kitchen clean after use.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal activities are strictly forbidden.
• Smoking, alcohol, or drugs are not allowed inside the house.

8. Pets

• Pets are not allowed unless permitted by the owner.

9. Rule Violation

• Violation of house rules may result in termination of stay.

বাড়ির নিয়মাবলী

নিরাপদ, শান্ত ও সুন্দর পরিবেশ বজায় রাখার জন্য কাসেম ভিলা-এর সকল ভাড়াটিয়াকে নিচের নিয়মগুলো মেনে চলার জন্য অনুরোধ করা হচ্ছে।

১. পরিচ্ছন্নতা

• নিজ নিজ রুম ও কমন জায়গা পরিষ্কার রাখবেন।
• নির্দিষ্ট স্থানে ময়লা ফেলবেন।

২. শব্দ ও শান্তি

• রাতের সময় শান্ত পরিবেশ বজায় রাখবেন।
• উচ্চ শব্দ বা গান বাজানো নিষিদ্ধ।

৩. নিরাপত্তা

• বাইরে গেলে রুম তালাবদ্ধ রাখবেন।
• অপরিচিত কাউকে বাসায় প্রবেশ করতে দেবেন না।

৪. অতিথি

• স্বল্প সময়ের জন্য অতিথি আসতে পারবেন।
• মালিকের অনুমতি ছাড়া রাত যাপন করা যাবে না।

৫. পানি ও বিদ্যুৎ

• পানি ও বিদ্যুৎ সাশ্রয়ীভাবে ব্যবহার করবেন।
• অপচয়ের ক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।

৬. রান্না

• নির্দিষ্ট রান্নাঘরে রান্না করতে হবে।
• রান্নার পর রান্নাঘর পরিষ্কার রাখবেন।

৭. নিষিদ্ধ কার্যক্রম

• অবৈধ কার্যকলাপ সম্পূর্ণ নিষিদ্ধ।
• ধূমপান, মদ বা মাদক ব্যবহার নিষিদ্ধ।

৮. পোষা প্রাণী

• মালিকের অনুমতি ছাড়া পোষা প্রাণী রাখা যাবে না।

৯. নিয়ম ভঙ্গ

• নিয়ম ভঙ্গ করলে ভাড়া বাতিল হতে পারে।
